   - Training in site preparation, soil testing, and sustainable land management techniques.

Planting and Maintenance Techniques:
   - Instruction on optimal planting methods, including spacing, seedling care, and fertilization schedules.
   - Techniques for efficient water management, pruning, and pest control to promote healthy crop growth.

   - Education on organic methods and sustainable agriculture practices to minimize environmental impact.

Harvesting and Post-Harvest Management:
   - Training on the best harvesting methods to maximize yield and maintain quality.
   - Post-harvest handling and storage practices to reduce spoilage and improve marketability.

   - Guidance on selling plantation products, including connections to local markets and support in accessing value-added processing facilities.
