Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Farmer Development and farming producer Company and its members engaged in agricultural activities.
The Company aims to enhance the economic welfare of farmers by aggregating their products and facilitating better market access, processing, and distribution.
By joining the Company, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Membership
Eligibility for Membership:
- The applicant must be an active farmer engaged in agricultural activities.
- The applicant must own or lease agricultural land.
Process for Membership:
- A membership application form must be completed and submitted to the Company.
- The Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or reject applications.
Membership Fee:
- Members are required to pay a one-time membership fee and annual maintenance fees, as prescribed by the Company.
Withdrawal and Termination:
- A member may voluntarily withdraw from the Company by giving a 30-day notice in writing.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate membership for any violations of its policies, non-compliance, or unethical practices.
